STUDENTS and staff at Digitech in Warmley have moved into their new school buildings.

Parents of teenagers at the studio school, which opened in September 2015, were given tours, and the school held its first open day on November 17.

The school, which takes students aged from 14 to 19, has a creative and digital specialism and offers extended work experience. It is part of the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF).

Richard Clutterbuck, a senior principal in CLF,  told visitors to the open evening that Digitech was a unique provision for students who wanted to pursue a creative and digital pathway.

Digitech vice principal Emma Robertson said the school offered a nurturing, personalised, ambitious curriculum and strong links with digital industries.
