Cook more from scratch – not all processed food is the enemy, but most modern convenience food contains too much sugar, too much cheap flour and too many preservatives. 

Eating at least one healthy homecooked meal a day will immediately benefit your health.

Cut sugar and artificial sweeteners from your drinks. They have both been linked to obesity, migraine and an increased risk of cancer.

  Eat more fruit and veg – phytochemical compounds consumed in fresh fruit and veg not only protect you from cancer, they also help the body to fight existing tumours. Fruit and vegetables should make up a large proportion of your daily diet.
