Three jailed over burglary

A MAN and three teenagers have been jailed at Bristol Crown Court for their part in an aggravated burglary in Bryants Hill, St George.

A MAN and three teenagers have been jailed at Bristol Crown Court for their part in an aggravated burglary in Bryants Hill, St George.

Daniel Marshall, 24, of Cromer Road, Eastville, a 16-year-old boy and a 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were convicted of aggravated burglary with intent to commit GBH and steal and having a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence.

Marshall was given 12 years’ imprisonment while the two teenagers both received jail terms of four years and five months.

Another 16-year-old boy who previously pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary with intent to commit GBH was jailed for three years and five months.

The charges relate to a serious assault which took place at a house in Bryants Hill on August 3 last year in which a man was shot and stabbed.
