Police were called to Rowan Way at 11.40pm on Monday December 5 by a member of the public reporting that a man was in the street shouting and damaging cars. Officers continued to patrol the area and identify the owners of vehicles the following day.
John Healey, 44, has been charged with 10 counts of criminal damage in relation to six cars in Rowan Way, two in Hencliffe Way, one in Granville Close and one in Riverside Way.
